Privacy Notice

This site is run by Kanak Prabhakar from Hazaribagh, Jharkhand, India. I keep as little about you as I can. This page explains what happens to your data, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the DPDP Rules 2025.

What I process and why

Your name, when you ask for a certificate. It is sent to my server only to sign your certificate, and sent straight back to you. It is not stored: no database, no file, no log.
Your consent and age answer on the certificate form. The server checks them and throws them away. They are not stored.
Your IP address, as a counter that stops abuse (for example, at most 10 certificates per hour from one network). The counters are kept by Upstash (see below) and each one is deleted after at most 1 hour.
Data in your own browser: your watch progress, certificates you got, your name for the form, ratings and comments, and your theme. These are saved in your browser's local storage and never leave your device.

Other companies involved

YouTube (Google) plays the videos. The player uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube still gets your IP address and device details when the player or video thumbnails load, under Google's privacy policy.
Vercel hosts this site. Like any host, it keeps technical logs (IP address, page requested, time) to run and protect the service. On this site's plan, Vercel keeps these logs for 1 hour (Vercel's documentation). Vercel's own records are covered by its privacy policy.
Upstash runs the small database that holds the abuse counters above. It only sees the counter name, which includes your IP address, and deletes each counter after at most 1 hour.
Fonts are served from this site, not from Google Fonts.

There are no ads and no tracking.

Children

Certificates are only for people aged 18 or older, so I don't take the names of anyone under 18. If you are under 18, you can still watch every video and your progress stays in your own browser, but please don't request a certificate. If a child's name was sent by mistake, it was not stored.

Clear your data

This button deletes everything this site saved in this browser (progress, certificates, name, comments, settings). Certificates you already downloaded are not affected.

Withdraw your consent

You can withdraw at any time, as easily as you gave it. For certificates: just don't submit the form; nothing about you is kept on the server. For data in your browser: use the button above.
